Hymans Robertson is pleased to announce the continued growth of its General Insurance consulting team with the appointment of Rohan Murdeshwar as Senior Consultant and Harsh Jaitak as Consultant. This expansion reinforces the firm’s commitment to providing high-quality consultancy services to the general insurance market. 

Under the leadership of Krish Kistnassamy, who joined Hymans Robertson earlier this year as Head of General Insurance, the team has quickly expanded its expertise and capabilities. With its singular focus on being the premier trusted adviser to general insurance firms, the team is well-positioned to deliver tailored and innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the general insurance market. The addition of Rohan and Harsh marks an important step in the team’s growth as they continue to grow the range of services Hymans Robertson can offer to clients. 

Rohan, who has over a decade of experience in the insurance sector, joins from Willis Towers Watson in London, where he worked extensively across the energy, utilities, and automotive sectors. His expertise includes pricing, predictive analytics, enterprise risk management, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, and long-term forecasting. Prior to this, he worked at PwC, where he gained substantial experience in business transformation and operational efficiency. Rohan’s depth of knowledge in underwriting, pricing, and claims will further enhance the capabilities of the team. 

Harsh brings with him over five years of industry experience, having held roles at leading firms such as KPMG, Kuwait Reinsurance Company, and Willis Towers Watson. His expertise spans across risk management, reinsurance, and strategy, and he will be integral in helping Hymans Robertson further strengthen its client offerings.
