The PRA published Consultation Paper (CP) 12/23 on 29 June 2023, which marked a major milestone in the development of Solvency UK. On 28 February 2024, the PRA published the subsequent Policy Statement 2/24, which provides its final policy on the proposed reforms in CP12/23 and outlines the PRA’s feedback to responses received.
