Hymans Robertson LLP engages carefully selected suppliers to provide services to us or on our behalf. This page contains more details and includes a list of the processors we use.

We use suppliers who may carry out data processing activities for elements of our core IT and business support functions and systems, which assist us in our provision of services to you.
The list is grouped by type of services.
These include core IT, printing and design services and records management services which are used across our business.
We also list specialist processors used to support specific services, corresponding with the categories of processing set out in the “Data processing particulars” section of our contract with you. Currently, we only use processors in connection with our provision of pension scheme administration and processing to Trustees of schemes we administer.
The list includes sub-processors disclosed by our suppliers (sometimes called “4th parties”). We also include details of any potential international transfers, including location of processing, the compliance mechanism (e.g. UK adequacy regulations) and details of Transfer Risk Assessments where applicable.
The list has been compiled based on the information available to us at the date stated above and is subject to change.
