We were so proud to become a certified B Corporation in summer 2023.
B Corp certification is verified by B Lab - a global non-profit network with a mission to inspire and help people to use business as a force for good. B Corp certification means we meet high standards for social and environmental impact, have made a legal commitment to stakeholder governance, and demonstrate accountability and transparency by disclosing our performance in a public B Corp profile.
Becoming a B Corp was a real milestone for our firm, but just the start of our journey. By certifying, we stepped into a framework for continuous improvement… We’re constantly learning from, and actively contributing to, the B Corp movement.
B Corps are assessed across five key areas:
Each area is measured through B Lab’s impact assessment tool. To become a B Corp, businesses must reach a verified minimum score of 80 points – we were thrilled to get an overall score of 84.9.
Becoming a B Corp is a real milestone, but it’s just the start of our journey. B Corp certification means stepping into a continuous improvement framework: we need to reverify and reassess every three years to show we are still meeting B Lab’s evolving standards. We’re embracing the journey. We’re excited to learn from, and contribute to, the global B Corp movement.
Joining the B Corp community has been a significant step forward for our organisation. Our certification demonstrates that our purpose — Together, building better futures really captures the essence of our motivation as a partnership. Our report shows all the ways we're building better futures.
