How we help

Our webservices are integrated with our administration system and actuarial tools, providing you and your members with real-time information through a service that’s as digital as you want it to be.

Our cross-functional data journey team is made up of risk transfer, AI and technology experts. They’re dedicated to developing solutions to make your data buy-out ready and will plan and manage transactions effectively.

Members engage with us in a way that suits them – our online services complement scheme helplines and email access to the team.

Queries are answered by dedicated, member-focused employees working in the scheme’s administration team, all with an in-depth knowledge of your scheme and the member’s benefits.
