Gillian is the Financial Risk Management Lead in the Third Party Administration (TPA) business unit at Hymans Robertson.
Gillian has a specific focus on the identification and mitigation of risks related to financial crime, scams, identity verification, cyber security and data protection and enjoys sharing insights with both Trustee and Corporate clients on such topics.
Gillian has 25 years experience in the financial services industry, performing a variety of different roles and has helped drive improvements on the key issues of risk management, operational efficiencies, quality service, managing vulnerable customers and delivering excellent customer service.
Gillian is a member of PASA Cybercrime and Fraud working group as well as the PASA Identity Verification working group both of which aim to deliver best practice guidance to pensions administrators on these key topics.
