On 10 July, the Chancellor delivered his annual Mansion House speech, providing a comprehensive review of the current economic landscape and outlining a number of reforms and initiatives intended to support pension savings.

Initiatives range from the Mansion House Compact, enabling access to private markets; further work to consolidate small pots; the introduction of a new value for members framework; and the idea of a DB Superfund.
