DB funding code: routes to compliance
The Pension Regulator’s (TPR’s) new funding code for DB schemes is coming into force for valuations from 1 April 2024, so you need to start preparing now.
TPR offers two routes to compliance: Fast Track and Bespoke. Both approaches are equally valid, and all schemes must submit a statement of strategy to TPR.
