Overview

In 2019, the UK set a target of net zero carbon emissions by 2050. More recently, we have seen several large pension funds announce more ambitious net zero targets for their investment strategies, the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC) launched its net zero framework, and the formation of the Net Zero Asset Managers Initiative.

Replay our webinar to hear from two leading practitioners: Daisy Streatfield - Investor Practices Programme Director of The Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change, who discussed IIGCC’s Paris Aligned Investment Initiative and key recommendations of the Net Zero Investment Framework, and Henrik Wold Nilsen - Senior Portfolio Manager of Storebrand, who discussed setting transparent and measurable targets and metrics.
