Earlier this year, the Chancellor’s spring budget saw huge changes to pension tax, including an increase to the Annual Allowance and the removal of the Lifetime Allowance. Such changes can make it complicated for your employees to plan and take advantage of the rules in place each tax year. As we approach the end of the year, we know employees will be turning their attention to the upcoming HMRC self-assessments and the tax implications of their choices.
