Overview
Ailsa is a Partner and the Head of Scotland for Insurance & Financial Services.
She has over 15 years of experience in the life and financial services industry, especially in the areas of new structures and products, with significant expertise in the bulk market. She advises insurance and reinsurance clients on assumption setting and risk management techniques. Previously, she worked internationally with Ernst & Young.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two young children and, when time permits, hiking in the Scottish countryside.
