Overview
Amy is a Climate Change Consultant, an Actuary, and a key member of our Responsible Investment team.
Amy advises pension schemes in both the private and public sectors, specialising in TCFD reporting, climate risk and governance. Amy is also responsible for our TCFD reporting workstream and sits on the firm’s core Net Zero Working Group, the focus of which is evolving different approaches for a range of investment strategies to support our clients in achieving their net zero goals for the future. Amy, alongside the wider team, also sits on various industry group working parties, such as the UK Investment Consultants Sustainability Working Group (ICSWG) and the Net Zero Investment Consultants Initiative (NZICI).
Amy has been nominated and shortlisted for several awards including the Women in Pensions Change Excellence of the Year and the Women in Investment Sustainable & ESG Investment Woman of the Year. This is in large part due to Amy helping to drive change in the approach to governance and climate change within the firm and the wider industry. She also the responsible investment representative on Hymans’ Staff Scheme governance committee.
Amy is an obsessive reader and writer, a bit of a DIY fanatic, attends numerous concerts and enjoys a number of adrenaline inducing sports, not limited to skiing, snowboarding and even a brief dalliance with wrestling (WWE style).
