Overview
Blair is a Project Manager who has experience of working on various types of projects for a variety of clients including procurement exercises, system integration, GMP equalisation and full scheme buy in/out.
Blair uses his experience and knowledge to help clients with their project management needs. Typically, this includes developing a project plan, identifying risks and issues, engaging with stakeholders, and managing day-to-day tasks to remove this burden from other resources and free up capacity, allowing clients to focus on key decision making.
Blair builds a close working relationship quickly with key stakeholders and continues to work collaboratively with them as well as the internal team. Blair establishes a strong project governance structure from the outset, which enables effective decision making and takes a robust approach to the management and control of key deliverables against pre-agreed milestones for the duration of any project.
Blair enjoys playing and watching football, going to the gym and spending time with friends and family for food and drinks.
