Overview
Carla initially joined Hymans Robertson as part of the Recruitment Team in 2007.
In her role as Student Recruitment Manager, she took a real interest in DEI and how that impacted both the attraction and selection process. Hymans created a new DEI Business Partner role in 2021 which Carla succeeded in achieving. Carla also started up and until recently led our Neurodiversity Community Group, where she is still actively part of the working group. She is also a qualified ADHD Coach.
DEI is a passion of Carla’s; she loves her role and tenaciously works to make Hymans a place where people feel like they belong. She also actively supports neurodivergent people both within and out with Hymans, keen to do her bit to help make society more neuroinclusive for everyone.
Carla loves learning and running. She’s always a list of podcasts or webinars to catch up on at lunch time and enjoys listening whilst out on a walk. She also likes nothing better than a quiet forest run.
