Overview
Chris is a Partner in the firm and works across several of our leadership teams including business transformation, our firmwide Digital Steering Group (DSG) and he also heads up our Client Applications Team for the LGPS.
As a highly experienced change and technology leader, Chris has spent over twenty years working with expert multi-disciplinary teams. He is a champion for innovation and continuous improvement and works with our teams to ensure we continually improve our services to offer a best in class client experience.
Prior to joining Hymans, Chris has worked in various technology and leadership roles ranging from software engineer to CTO across a wide range of regulated sectors including healthcare, aviation and finance and is well known within the technology industry.
He regularly writes and speaks publicly on various systems leadership topics and in 2024, he was recognised as one of Computing Magazines Top 100 IT Leaders in the UK.
In addition to his professional achievements, Chris loves travelling and is also an avid swimmer and sea paddleboarder, making the most of his spare time in the water. He's previously swam a 10K!
