Overview
Jaid is a Responsible Investment Consultant within the Investment Research Team.
Jaid joined Hymans Robertson in January 2022, with prior experience as an ESG Research Manager at GLG, where she worked directly with equity managers in their primary research processes. She was also responsible for leading ESG and sustainable investing content for the firm’s investment research platform.
Jaid actively supports client teams on responsible investment topics and has a focus on stewardship and engagement. She has assisted clients in setting responsible investment beliefs and in developing and implementing engagement frameworks and processes.
Jaid is involved in the investment research rating process, specifically looking at investment managers approach to and integration of responsible investment at a firm level by assessing their culture, governance structure, stewardship (engagement and voting policies) and transparency and reporting. In addition, Jaid helped developed a sustainable investment framework to assist in rating sustainable investment products.
