As an actuary, James previously advised clients on their pension arrangements.
Whilst aware of savings gaps experienced by underserved groups, James also recognised the desperate need for greater financial wellbeing for society to move to a more equitable place. He now help clients to look through different lenses of inclusion, to build more inclusive financial wellbeing strategies; to broaden the understanding and boost the confidence of their people and drive more equitable outcomes.
Outside of work James is an enthusiastic (but by his own admissions unathletic) cyclist, with a recent foray into the world of triathlons, and enjoys live music, good food and travelling.
