Overview
Janet is a consultant in the Governance and Scheme Management team.
She has over 30 years’ experience in the industry across scheme secretariat, paraplanning and group risk consulting for DB, DC, and hybrid schemes. Her experience includes roles at Barclays Bank, KPMG and WTW. She joined Hymans in 2022 and has made a great impression with her excellent managerial skills. She is the delivery lead for one of our largest governance and scheme management clients and is fully versed in all aspects of defined benefit scheme management. Janet regularly liaises with Trustee chairs, advisors, auditors, and sponsor contacts, taking a pragmatic and organised approach. She is known for her down to earth style and reliability, with good attention to detail.
Janet supports our governance work internally by being a member of our leadership team, which has been busy developing our approach to General Code Compliance.
