Kevin joined us as a Team Leader in 2017, having amassed nine years’ pension administration experience with Capita.
He is experienced in all areas of the day-to-day running of schemes and is responsible for a number of schemes, including Newcastle Building Society’s staff scheme
Working in a Third Party Administration environment for so long means that Kevin understands the importance of customer service and delivering a positive member experience. He has dealt deals with members in the financial sector and understands what matters to your members. He believes that all members should be treated as family, and approaches administration with this in mind.
