Overview
Laura joined Hymans Robertson in 2008 as a Trainee Consultant and over the years has seen her role evolve from a client facing actuary to one of our partners in our Digital Leadership team.
Responsible for all aspects of People Leadership in our digital team, Laura works closely with our digital colleagues to support our firm’s strategic digital ambitions. Our digital team is now around 200 people, having grown substantially in recent years.
Laura’s passionate about developing people and is able to use her knowledge of the wider business to increase skills across the firm, with particular interest in digital skills and personal development. She cares deeply about our ambitions in diversity, equity and inclusion ambitions, and is a great role model in embedding it in everything we do.
