Overview
Laura heads up the specialist project management team at Hymans Robertson. She is a highly experienced senior project manager and has worked on many high-profile exercises for a variety of large clients.
In her operational role, Laura has played a significant part in shaping the continued growth of the specialised project management team over the past 18 years.
Laura has managed complex, multi-year projects involving GMP equalisation. She understands the data journey, approach to calculations and implementation to enable member benefits to be equalised and help the scheme to meet its long-term strategy.
Laura’s experience also gives her the ability to effectively manage the full range of project risks and suggest practical solutions to resolve emerging project issues.
Laura has experience of project managing more than 40 pension scheme change projects, including GMP equalisation projects for some of the largest schemes in the UK.
Laura was shortlisted for Advisor of the Year at the Women In Pension Awards 2022.
