Overview
Lauren is a qualified actuary with experience advising a range of trustee and corporate DB and DC clients.
As well as being a trusted actuarial adviser to her clients on day-to-day issues, she has expertise in delivering more specialised, technical projects including company accounting and GMP equalisation. Additionally, she helps lead our DB funding and governance propositions, with a key focus on TPR’s DB Funding Code and General Code of Practice.
Lauren's key strength is her ability to present and articulate technical matters clearly, building strong relationships with clients through effective communications. She strives to deliver the best outcomes for her clients, understanding their needs and expectations and taking a pragmatic, solutions-focused view. Her clients have shared excellent feedback and nominated her for a number of professional awards.
In her time away from work, Lauren is gradually working through her long list of travel destinations, aiming to tick off as many as possible!
