Overview
Michael is a Governance, Administration and Projects consultant specialising in support good governance solutions for Public Service Pension Schemes.
He brings a blend of experience from both the pension and wider finance industry.
Michael joined the firm from East Sussex Pension Fund where he led the Governance Team, helping deliver changes during a period of in-housing services. Prior to that he was a supervisor for The Pensions Regulator, working across Public Service and Private Occupational DB Schemes on matters that involved driving market wide improvements to standards and the use of enforcement powers. Amongst his clients, Michael has a reputation for delivering high quality training and helping Pension Boards and Committees understand the complex nuances of pension governance.
