Overview
Peter has twin roles in the firm, heading up Internal Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Peter joined Hymans in 2003. After a decade working in Human Resources, he established the firm’s internal communication function before adding CSR to his remit in 2019.
In his CSR capacity, Peter made the case for and led the firm through our B Corp certification. He is a passionate advocate for business as a force for good and is responsible for our climate and carbon footprint reduction programme, as well as sustainability and community activities.
With his internal communication hat on, his focus is on internal engagement and knowledge, looking after the firm’s leadership communication, intranet and and digital channels.
