Client Service Delivery Lead, Third Party Administration
Opens in new window Contact PeterPeter joined us in 2017 following 16 years with British Steel Pension Scheme. With over 30 years of pensions administration experience, he is responsible for consistent and effective service delivery for over 40 administration clients serviced from our Glasgow office.
His role covers all aspects of running our day to day administration services, including operating trustee bank accounts, pension plan accounts and pensioner payroll functions. He has experience of all benefit types and scheme sizes up to 130,000 members and £15 billion in assets.
Peter takes great personal responsibility and ownership for the service we deliver. He has extensive experience of trustee meetings, delivering pension presentations and in holding retirement seminars for members approaching retirement age.
