Overview
Raluca is a DC Consultant and joined Hymans Robertson as an actuarial graduate back in 2016.
Raluca has worked on a variety of client projects starting in DB and moving into DC pensions. She has supported several clients on reviewing their DC arrangements and master trust provider selection projects. She has implemented scheme changes through successful member engagement strategies.
Raluca has been a key member of the DC governance team at Hymans Robertson, looking after her long-standing clients and working closely with them on assessing value for members and improving member outcomes.
