Yu-Chu joined Hymans Robertson as DEI Administrator, where she plays a supporting role in advancing the firm's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
Collaborating with DEI Networks and various teams across the organisation, she is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture that values individual differences and promotes equal opportunities for all colleagues. Yu-Chu focuses on developing processes and systems that create an environment where everyone can thrive, feel valued, and contribute authentically.
Yu-Chu holds a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Business and Management from the University of Strathclyde. She served as the student-elected Inclusion Officer for Strathclyde Students' Union, leading initiatives to enhance inclusivity and student well-being across campus.
She is now eager to bring this experience to her role at Hymans, where she looks forward to supporting colleagues and driving positive change.
