Charlotte is a qualified actuary and pensions consultant with over six years’ experience providing actuarial, governance and scheme management services. Charlotte works with a wide range of pension schemes, with scheme sizes ranging from £100m to multi-billion, many of which are multiple-service line appointments. 

In her scheme management role, Charlotte is the first point of contact for her clients in managing their schemes. She oversees the provision of a variety of services and projects, from multiple advisers and areas of expertise, to ensure schemes are running smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis as well as meeting their strategic objectives.

Charlotte is an integral part of our governance and scheme management leadership team, who help schemes meet the ever-increasing governance standards and support the everyday running of schemes.

Charlotte has the highly valuable combination of technical actuarial knowledge (having never failed an exam on her route to qualification) as well as strong project management capabilities. Charlotte has a down-to-earth style and consistently receives excellent feedback from her clients.
