Ailsa joined Hymans two years ago as a DC analyst and is currently studying towards CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Chartership. In addition to supporting a diverse client base with their DC investment and governance needs, Ailsa is also a member of the DC Provider Research Team and has supported on master trust selection exercises for a number of high profile schemes.

Having studied Actuarial Science at university, Ailsa also uses this background to aid our DB Teams across the Firm through her involvement in the Additional Voluntary Contribution (AVC) Team.
